Scott Mills brings a dynamic blend of experience to his role as Building Manager, with a background that spans over two years in facilities management, 18 months in strata management, and two decades in sales and sales leadership. Currently managing Merindah and Scenic, Scott’s ability to build strong relationships and see the bigger picture has made him a valuable asset to the Sky Management team since joining in August 2023.

His strategic mindset and people-first approach have already led to key achievements, including the successful extension and renewal of the Merindah contract.Born and raised on the Central Coast, Scott has a deep connection to the region he serves.
