Corporate Governance

Sky Services Group maintains a robust corporate governance structure, supporting Ahmad’s leadership as Managing Director. Members of the governance team include:

• David Elton, CA, GAICD – Chairman and Executive Director of the Sky Services Group. David is an accomplished Senior Executive, Company Secretary and Chartered Accountant, and brings a broad range of strategic, commercial, risk management, accounting and finance skills with a track record of successful leadership. David has extensive experience in building and facilities management, working with Sky since its inception, Multiplex, Brookfield Global Integrated Solutions and Honeywell.
• Ewan Morton – Advisor to Sky Services Group. Ewan has had an extinguished real estate career, recognised via various industry awards. His corporate experience includes Brookfield Global Integrated Solutions, Colliers Jardine and IBM; as well as establishing and leading an independent real estate business.
