As Senior Building Manager for The Macquarie Collection in Macquarie Park, Phillip brings a wealth of knowledge gained from successfully owning and operating his own building management company for over two decades, maintaining long-standing client relationships throughout that time. His diverse educational background includes a Bachelor of Education (Special Education), a Master of Special Education, and a Certificate III in Asset and Facilities Management, giving him a unique perspective on communication, problem-solving and stakeholder engagement.

Having grown up on Sydney’s North Shore, Phillip has a strong connection to the local community and a deep appreciation for the area’s lifestyle and people. He joined Sky Management to be part of a reputable organisation that values its people, professional development and collaborative culture. Known for being approachable, reliable and easy to work with, Phillip believes that respect is the foundation of every successful relationship and is committed to treating everyone with fairness and professionalism. Outside of work, Phillip is an active member of the Porsche Club of NSW, where he serves as a Concours Judge.
