Holding a Bachelor of Arts in Communication, majoring in Journalism from the University of Technology Sydney, Layla has built a successful career in internal communications, helping businesses translate strategy into clear, engaging and human-centred messaging. Fluent in both English and Arabic, she joined Sky Management to contribute to the family business and support its continued growth, bringing a unique blend of strategic thinking, creativity and hands-on delivery.
