With over eight years of experience in the property and facilities management industry, Dylan McKeown brings a strong leadership foundation and a practical, people-focused approach to his role as Regional Manager at Sky Management. Having previously worked across NSW, QLD and NT as a Facilities Manager with Ventia, followed by six years as a Senior Building Manager with SBAFM, Dylan has developed a well-rounded understanding of operations, team leadership and client service. Since joining Sky in September 2025, he has been driven by the opportunity to contribute to a growing business with a strong culture, while supporting his team to deliver consistent, high-quality outcomes. 

Known for his reliable, honest and loyal nature, Dylan prides himself on clear communication and leading by example. He values the strong support network within the Sky team and is passionate about fostering collaboration and continuous improvement across the region. Having made the move to the Central Coast to embrace its coastal lifestyle, Dylan enjoys spending his downtime at the beach, playing rugby league and hosting barbecues with friends. Bringing the same energy and connection to his personal life as he does to his professional one.
