With a well-rounded background spanning HVAC, strata and building management, James Cleaver brings a practical and people-focused approach to his role as Building Manager at Harbour Garden Towers. Since joining Sky Management in May 2026, James has been committed to developing his skills and growing into a confident and capable building manager. With five years of industry experience, including three years in commercial HVAC and two years within strata and building management, he possesses a strong technical foundation, complemented by his proactive attitude and willingness to learn. Fluent in Italian, James is also able to connect with a broader range of residents and stakeholders, enhancing communication across the community. 

James is passionate about fostering a positive and well-functioning environment within Harbour Garden Towers, working closely with multiple committees across residential, commercial and shared facilities to ensure the building operates at its best. Known for being inquisitive, friendly, loyal and level-headed, he values continuous learning and believes the ability to grow is one of the most important qualities in both work and life. Outside of his role, James enjoys making the most of the vibrant Darling Harbour lifestyle, exploring local dining spots and attending events such as Vivid Sydney. A dedicated NRL fan, he also spends his free time fishing, staying active at the gym and supporting men’s mental health initiatives.
