Daphne Chen is a dedicated Relief Building Manager at Harbour Garden Towers, bringing a fresh and detail-oriented approach to the role. With a Master’s degree in Public Relations and Advertising, Daphne transitioned into the building management industry driven by curiosity and a genuine interest in property services. Since joining Sky Management in May 2023, she has quickly made her mark, most notably by successfully organising the annual fire safety inspection, achieving an impressive participation rate of over 90% among residents.

Known for her caring nature, thoughtful communication, and strong attention to detail, Daphne thrives in a team environment where collaboration and support are key. She values the positive culture at Sky and approaches each day with the right attitude and a commitment to excellence. Outside of work, Daphne enjoys cooking, walking her dog, travelling, and continuing her learning online. She also loves exploring the vibrant Chinatown precinct near her site, especially the Friday night markets and local restaurants she frequents with friends.
