Deepak Rimal brings over five years of hands-on experience in the building and property services industry, with a strong track record managing a diverse range of assets including Build-to-Rent (BTR), residential, and industrial sites. Currently overseeing key properties such as Petersham BTR, The Carrington, The Edward Residence in Liverpool, and an industrial complex in Campbelltown.

Deepak combines practical expertise with a solid academic foundation, holding an MBA from Kaplan Business School and currently pursuing a Diploma in Facilities Management. His background also includes certifications in data centre security and prior roles with K&S, PWA, JLL, and AWS Cloud, where he honed his skills in infrastructure and operational security.

Since joining Sky Management in January 2024, Deepak has been recognised for his proactive, punctual, and reliable approach. He is committed to continuous learning and operational improvement, always aiming to enhance tenant and client satisfaction while delivering cost-effective solutions that never compromise on safety or standards. Deepak’s leadership has driven measurable improvements across multiple sites, and he remains passionate about adding value through innovation and efficiency.
