Since joining Sky Management in May 2026, Clay has been driven by the organisation’s strong reputation, collaborative culture and commitment to long-term growth. His diverse background is supported by multiple qualifications across construction, civil infrastructure and real estate, alongside a range of high-risk licences that reflect his hands-on expertise and deep understanding of complex building environments. Throughout his career, Clay has built a reputation for delivering consistent, high-quality results while adapting seamlessly to fast-paced and demanding settings.
