About

Brett Stott is a Building Manager with a rich background in construction, maintenance, and facilities management, spanning over 34 years. Currently managing Icon, Bayview, and newly appointed to Vue, Brett brings a wealth of experience and a practical, hands-on approach to every site he oversees. Originally from the UK, Brett held memberships with the Chartered Institute of Building and the Institute of Construction Management, and was also a member of the Facility Management Association (FMA) in Australia. His career highlights include successfully delivering numerous facilities projects on time and within budget, as well as building and selling his own waste management company, growing it from a one-man operation to a thriving business with six trucks and eight staff.

Since joining Sky Management in January 2025, Brett has embraced the variety and learning opportunities the role offers. Known for his reliability, tenacity, and easy-going nature, he’s a solution-focused professional who follows through on every task. His colleagues describe him as dependable, loyal, and always ready for a laugh or to lend a hand. Outside of work, Brett enjoys socialising, playing golf and bowls, and most of all, spending time with his children and grandchildren. Having moved to the Central Coast from England in 2004, he’s found his slice of paradise and loves exploring the region on his Vespa scooter.
