Andrew Croucher is a seasoned Senior Building Manager with over eight years of industry experience, currently overseeing Century Tower in the heart of Sydney’s CBD. With a strong academic foundation—including a degree in Business Studies majoring in Marketing, multiple Certificate IV qualifications, and specialised training through the City of Sydney’s Sustainable Building Manager program—Andrew brings a well-rounded and forward-thinking approach to building management. Since joining Sky Management in 2017, he has become known for his ability to modernise ageing buildings, deliver consistent and reliable service, and maintain exceptional communication and reporting standards.

 Andrew’s commitment to excellence has earned him industry recognition, including multiple SCA awards for sustainability and community engagement. He is passionate about creating vibrant, well-managed living environments and is known for going above and beyond for both clients and residents—whether through high-quality service delivery or hosting some of the best Christmas parties in the city. Outside of work, Andrew is a creative spirit with a love for photography, painting, content creation, and martial arts. He thrives in Sydney’s dynamic CBD, where he enjoys the city’s food scene, cultural energy, and photogenic charm.
