Andrei Bondarenko is a skilled Building Manager with over a decade of combined experience in building and maintenance management. Currently overseeing 196 Stacey Street in Bankstown, Andrei brings a strong technical background to his role, holding both an electrician’s licence and a security licence. His career has spanned roles in electrical work, maintenance management in aged care, and building management, giving him a well-rounded understanding of both the operational and technical demands of the job. Since joining Sky Management in early 2024, he has been recognised for his reliability, punctuality, and calm, professional approach to every task.

Andrei values the supportive and flexible environment at Sky, where he’s empowered to work independently while knowing help is always available when needed.
