Ahmad Youssef is the Managing Director of Sky Management, bringing over a decade of experience in the property and facilities management industry. With a Bachelor of Business majoring in Management, Ahmad has worked closely with developers on new builds, specialising in defect management and pre-settlement inspections. Since joining Sky in 2017, he has played a pivotal role in shaping the company’s growth, culture, and reputation for excellence. His leadership is grounded in integrity, innovation, and a commitment to delivering high-quality service across all levels of the organisation.
Ahmad is known for his strong work ethic, calm and strategic approach, and ability to build lasting relationships with clients, colleagues, and industry partners. He is an active member of the Strata Community Association (NSW), the Facilities Management Association of Australia, and the Canterbury Bankstown Chamber of Commerce—demonstrating his dedication to both industry advancement and local community engagement. Outside of work, Ahmad enjoys spending quality time with his family and two daughters, and is a passionate supporter of the Canterbury Bankstown Bulldogs. Whether at home or at work, Ahmad leads with authenticity, professionalism, and a genuine drive to make a positive impact.
